Re: The Denning Majestic:The forgotten Denning.
The coaches pictured are in fact the same coach!
New to Higlett's Motor Coach Service Pty Ltd, South Camden as TV 761. Later renumbered TV 394.
Sold with business to Macarthur Coaches Pty Ltd (Rowe family), South Camden as TV 394 6/86.
Resold to Bathurst Coaches Pty Ltd (Warren Bremner), Bathurst as TV 1400.
Bremner sold out to Robin Flack & Ken Grindrod in 1999. I think this coach was included.
Sold around the early-2000's to M Prewitt t/a Tuncurry Coach Tours, Tuncurry as TV 1400 - still in service.

Sampson's had these in the Whitsundays and also at Kiama in the 80's/90s:
There's a stack more on my page but I couldn't be stuffed resizing them...

Thank you for the photo and the link.I am sure that in 1992 I had travelled from Proserpine to Shute Harbour on one of those Nissans. It was definitely a Custom Coach similar to the ABM Coaches Custom Coach/Bedford.mcpaton wrote:Sampson's had these in the Whitsundays and also at Kiama in the 80's/90s:

Re: The Denning Majestic:The forgotten Denning.
No doubt. It was a great fleet for the times, I rode all of them many times over the years.
Back to the original post: are there any of these old MAN / Denning buses in service anymore?
