South Wentworthville, the cross street in front of the bus being Old Prospect Road ?
Think for yourself, while it's still legal !

It's been over 5 days and no one has guessed the correct answer (it also hasn't been revealed).

Where is this bus? Street and suburb required.

Yes well, weekends are not a good time for me to find time to go on the internet, but I'm here now and I can reveal that it was the corner of Quarry Rd and Mimosa Rd, Bossley Park, taken from the shopping centre car park.

I didn't think it was that difficult.............

Not Beaumont Road I'm afraid. Beaumont Road is too curvy to be the one in the picture.

The bus is obviously a Merc (probably an O 305) and I believe it used to be in service in Canberra. Someone please confirm what I said or correct me.

Interesting, where did you find that out? The fleetlists still appear to be down.

I don't know if Leyland Olympian got it the same way, but I looked up that information too, not that it helped me figure out where it was. Fleetlists may be down, but if you do a Google search for the bus's numberplate and include Fleetlists in the search criteria and then click on the link to Google's cached result rather than the link to Fleetlist, you'll get everything that was on that page.

Davis Road, Wetherill Park is incorrect.

Your initial Queen Street, Auburn guess was actually the closest.

Given that no-one managed to get the Bossley Park one when there was a visible shop sign in the photo, I thought that this one would last a bit longer but, no, it didn't. Yes it's Gordon.

Over to you..............
