Considering the only thing we have to go on is the Kmart Tyre and Auto service centre in the background, a few trees and an unremarkable piece of curb, I'd say a clue is called for.

Clue:

It is close to railway station and not far from the bus depot and yes it is next to petrol station in the south eastern suburb.

The answer was Carroll Lane (cross a road from Greaves St (Both corner of Cheltenham Rd)) Dandenong were the shell service station with Kmart tyres repairs and not far from Grenda Bus depot.
