Re: Christmas/New Year Rail Buses
m/o 099 has a rather interesting desto setup, given that the Mobitec installed didn't cover the route numbers on the right...
Nice pics but-that Tiger would have been something a bit interesting to see from Transdev

Re: Christmas/New Year Rail Buses
The Tiger was being piloted very well by a certain young rooster when I rode it on this shutdown. "Back in the day" at transit First it'd leave a good o405 behind in its wake, an absolute pearler of a Tigger!
And is that The Man of Steele driving 8669?

The Tigger is a 4-speeder C, confirmed by a photo of the gear shiiiiiiift area - maybe it was once 5??
and yes, that is the Man of Steele's abdomen visible in the driver's compartment of 8669!

Re: Christmas/New Year Rail Buses
The Mobitec display looks almost like they recycled the ones previously installed in the old ex-STA Mk2 Mercedes O305 buses - I seem to recall the ones in those buses were roughly the same size too, so wouldn't be that surprised if that's what happened.crazyturbo76 wrote:m/o 099 has a rather interesting desto setup, given that the Mobitec installed didn't cover the route numbers on the right...

Re: Christmas/New Year Rail Buses
Looks like Tellfords have taken thier new livery straight from Lothian Buses in Edinburgh Scotland.

Re: Christmas/New Year Rail Buses
Most of the Mobitecs from the Mk2s were recycled into other buses within the fleet. Also "ed k" is visible behind the wheel of BR53ZC.
