Csepel Hicom ex Queensland

Have seena Hicom low floor 7 metre ish Csepel they wre for sale in Fowles Queensland can anyone enlighten me on them. I.e engine size and power, auto I think allison, road spped, who ownes etc.
even have chassis numbers TRC661305V0111005
