Can't find any evidence of that depot - the nearest I can find on Landgate was at 1140 Welshpool Rd (backing onto Moriarty Street), colloquially known as "Hillview", and more or less opposite the current Welshpool Depot which is accessed from Radium Street. It is close to Bentley, though.

The next nearest (which is a long way off "behind the shopping complex") would be Swan's old Cannington Depot at 200-228 Railway Parade, Queens Park, which based on the satellite imagery, was only in use after 1995, and ceased to exist by around 2002 (which is the exact same satellite image where Beckenham appears out of nowhere ).

Apparently it was at John Street and shut sometime between 2004-6, with its fleet split up between Redcliffe (later relocated to Welshpool) and Canning Vale.

Landgate's aerial view has something resembling a bus depot at 77 John Street until 2008, at the very least there's buses parked there. Probably what you guys are looking for

the Welshpool moved to John Street from the original Hillview location before the opening of it in it's current location. I worked at Swan between 2003 and 2009 and had my interview at the Hillview site and did some shifts out of there and also the John Street site after the move there.
Looking to getting more Transperth bus, train and ferry models made up through Transit Graphics.
Currently driving for The Transporter, West Coast Bus Charters & Go Party Bus.

Thought I would point out the PTA 2023/24 annual report does not highlight individually for PTA regional rail and bus service patronage. For example The Prospector patronage is not shown. PTA have been advised and recommended putting in an FoI.

At Claremont train station there's a new Metronet system map that has the link from thornlie to Cockburn on it, also marked under construction like the Armadale line

Worth noting that you can set your departure/arrival date to 9/12 onward to get Ellenbrook Line directions on Google Maps now too
