The default buses probably aren't but some modded buses are RHD

I have a question for those who have already played this game. What specific customization options are available for building your depot and creating bus routes? Also, can you adjust the graphics settings? I have a low-end laptop, so I usually play simpler games. Often, these are online simulators or strategy games that require strategic thinking.
