Small device in cab of Scania artics

Post by Madbus »

Often when I’m riding the Scania artics (busways) I see a small red device with a green display above the driver’s window sort of in the top right of the cab. It has 3 buttons on it. Sorry I don’t have a photo of it but hopefully i’ve described it enough. I was wondering if anyone knew what the purpose of this is?

That panel is related to the fire supression system.
