Redcliffe B7s on 380s are pretty common.

Kalamunda, as far as I know, has never done a 380. Welshpool did them before Redcliffe opened, but since then I don't think it has happened.

Cheers!
Officially the last person to tag off the 381 - 20/5/16.
Second last person to tag off the last timetabled 16 - 23/08/19.
Last person to tag off a Transdev Joondalup service - 19/1/20.

Apparently 1 in 10 runs on the 380 is still done by Welshpool.

Are there any significant changes in the A-Series refurbs or just the usual repaint and shine?
I'd post any important, bus-related links I had, but they're outdated anyways.

New seats, windows, poles ect. Repaint on outside. All electronics checked underneath aswell. Usually takes around 3-4months

2380 never deliver to kalamunda. it always at welshpool.

if i not wrong it was from 236x something that they started to deliver to welshpool around begining 2015. Kalamunda brand new volvo are all early optimus until 236x. (except 2355, 2356, 2358) which was first delivery to malaga.

1695 seen turning into Milligan Street northbound towards Perth Busport while off service. Looks like it is due to start a trip on 220, as there currently aren't any Canning package bus routes from there.

Or a school special, perhaps? Swan do one in the afternoon from East Perth, so I presume they'd have the morning trip too, if it exists.

School specials 790 and 791. One departs Perth Busport for Trinity College at 8:05am, the other at 8:10am. 790 is usually a Beckenham run, not sure about 791 but at a guess I'd say that is too.

It varies I’ve seen a lot of SR buses on the Trinity run usually it’s done by the Perth bound 220 from Armadale pretty sure it’s the 07:22 service

Makes me wonder what would happen if both Fremantle and Perth Cat contracts get awarded to different operators in future. If Path Transit get the Perth Cat contract I wonder which depot will help out during peak hours.

Complete speculation that probably shouldn't be here, however, if Path won Perth CATs, they would be helped by their closest depot outside the CATs - most likely Welshpool. IIRC, Swan wouldn't be able to take the CATs without losing another one of their contracts, however Karrinyup or Shenton Park would likely help out if they retained those respective contract areas.

Ah, I see.

Anyway, 1568 is still very much alive. Yet to see 2780-83 even though photos of them doing revenue service were uploaded.

Yep, they're all around. Was in Morley for a few hours just yesterday and saw 1566, 1567, 2781 and 83. 2784, 85 and 86 should be out soon if not already, too.

In other news, 3103 was registered today, the first of many new B8 artics we're getting. Destined for Freo I believe.

Are we getting more artics? Same spec as 3033-102?

Correct 3103 to 3199 I believe to cater for metronet and planned service expansion Image
