Thanks Merc1107, yes that's right: right click to "copy image address" then paste in a new tab. Sorry, I've been working on preparing other vision, haven't had time among doing other things to prepare direct uploads so far.Merc1107 wrote:
For whatever reason images uploaded on external sites like to enlarge to some ridiculously size. Perhaps it is a glitch in the forum's code. Anyway, if you open the images in a new tab (i.e. on the original site they're uploaded to), they will display correctly.
I didn't go on the first trips burrumbus, this trip was a week after the bus started running and it had about a dozen passengers on board. Don't forget, this is an existing service (a filler between trains) and the patronage would be as it normally is, which apparently has been growing well since the route was introduced a year or two back.burrumbus wrote:How many pax on the first trip tony ??
I just right click on the image, then select "View image" and it comes up at a sensible size.Merc1107 wrote:Thanks for the shots.tonyp wrote: I'll have a look at that tomorrow. These photos are from Australian Bus and Coach Mag, they are better than what I might take. They've used a camera light though. The interior isn't as bright and light as the photos suggest, but nevertheless not bad.moa999 wrote:Some more interior shots would be great next time you get a chance.
So far it has only been running the a.m. services on the 737 which is a weekday route only.moa999 wrote:Does this bus operate other routes on the weekends, or is it exclusive to the 737 Mon-Fri ?
I agree, maybe in Green & White...Swift wrote:This electric bus from 1978 is more to my liking.
You could restore your Swift into an electric version, Swift!Swift wrote:This electric bus from 1978 is more to my liking.
It would finally live up to it's name then!Daniel wrote:You could restore your Swift into an electric version, Swift!Swift wrote:This electric bus from 1978 is more to my liking.
It must have come via Yutong Australia as it has that high floor again. There must be something in the air in this part of the world.Cordes Express wrote:Go Bus in Auckland also have one of these buses on trial... Auckland Transport have posted information on their Twitter account.
I wonder how it compares that way with low entry gassies? State Transit (and now also Transit Systems) O405NH vehicles certainly roll from side to side rather more than most buses do. (Not so noticeable with O500, though.)3805 wrote:this thing would be immensely top heavy
