Spotted 1344 at EQBS, possibly for driver training, 1343 could've been there but couldn't really see it properly.

Wangara's 3118 was also spotted at EQBS too.

2084 on the otherhand has been transferred to Rockingham, bringing 2259 to Karrinyup.
Friendly reminder that information on perthbus.info (I assume where you are getting this from) is publicly accessible and shouldn't be posted here as an observation unless you want to challenge/discuss it further
Yep correct it’s also a breach of board guidelines on both groups.

B8s went to rocky which displaced 1900s up to Freo. In theory the 1965-68 batch shoulda been the 'replacements' for those

I think those you mentioned already replaced 1251-55.

Check again. Start at 1244 and 1978 and work your way down from there.

maybe a bit silly questionbut why does some freo need a same OC replacement from Rockingham to replace their 12xx and the new 29xx to rockingham. is it because freo is bigger CNG depo than rockingham because i am thinking why does let 19xx stay at rocko and new 29xx send to freo. (if the reason is same like karrinyup i still understand)

From what I can observe the 2000s from Swan are technically displacing the 1900s to Freo to replace the 1200 OCs and the new B8 deliverys are replacing the 2200s going to Swan.

Worth considering Rockingham is a large area, so the 1900s, while several years younger than the 1200s, are clocking up significant kilometres. It has been mentioned before the Karrinyup replacements, which are newer again, are much lower mileage. So I guess it makes sense to send them there.
Freo has also had plenty of newer deliveries in more recent years, so perhaps it makes sense to balance that out with other depots.

I would also imagine that if the B8s didn't go to Rockingham and only the 22xx B7s and 20xx OCs were swapped there, Rockingham would end up with too many gas buses and too few Volvos?

I suspect it is due to KP gas facilities being in the process of decommissioning, hence the swap. Reminds me of the three-way swap between Path Transit Malaga depot, Transdev Fremantle depot and Path Transit Wangara depot in 2007-8 that saw the Westport CNG NHs going to Fremantle while the 11** and 12** diesel NHs moved to Wangara.

Considering they weren't mentioned in the movement list, they won't be going anywhere from where they're stationed now (i.e. they'll stay at Bunbury unless otherwise noted).
I'd post any important, bus-related links I had, but they're outdated anyways.

Tomorrow (9/10), there will be variety of private buses in and out of Terrace Road in the CBD as the 'Oktoberfest In The Gardens' is back held at Langley Park. Be there at around 12:45PM and the place to get a proper photo of a particular bus is at Terrace Road between Hill Street and Victoria Avenue, although heavy traffic as the day progresses may disrupt your attempt.

The CNG NH's weren't Westport back then. They were still running their original configuration (and were so much more enthusing)

Mandurah's 2262, 2263, 2265, 2266, 2267, 2268, 2269 all seen on Fremantle contract runs today

2912 and 2916 seen on Mandurah runs today also, so appears some swaps have taken place. Will post the remaining swaps as I see them.

Just seen 2421 in Perth Busport - could be a possible move since CV doesn't really do anything into or out of the Busport.

Cheers!
Officially the last person to tag off the 381 - 20/5/16.
Second last person to tag off the last timetabled 16 - 23/08/19.
Last person to tag off a Transdev Joondalup service - 19/1/20.

  • sorry if not been mentioned but 2200 is now refurbished which make the end of OC500LE refurbished journey
  • 2607 is look like loan/move to claisbrook saw it today doing Red Cat Full Circuit (What i know freo only does Red Cat/Yellow Cat West perth section only
also regarding of 226x move to fremantle maybe it move to freo is because maybe the next batch of OC Rockingham (2081 below) is transfer to Fremantle depo not to rockingham to replace 12xx and 19xx that still in rockingham is staying there. (this is just speculation)

also i saw a freo bus (i forgot which bus but it look like 265x) yesterday doing 548 it look like change off with rockingham bus doing fremantle route.
