Maybe. I guess the pigeons from Perth have only just landed on the east coast today lol.

it look like most of or all the volgie first generation (CR228L) at Freo is move other depot. Saw last week 2125 and 2126 doing 386 at City and saw 2217 and 2218 doing Mandurah Feeder

Looks like Freo has also taken in a bunch of Optimus' from other depots too. I've seen 2291, 2292, 2645 and 2646 (all ex-mandurah) running 998s recently.

Mandurah has also taken on a few of the older 405NHs it seems, I've seen 1210, 1179, 1180 and 1227-1230 in Mandurah in the last few weeks.

Is Mandurah expecting any new deliveries? There aren't any B8 artics there yet as far as I'm aware

as far as i am aware the one who get an b8 artic is rockingham while the b12 from rockingham is move to mandurah replace high floor. and also i think for the rigid mandurah already getting a lot of 405nh from other depot that would mean that all 12xx o405nh are at mandurah depot

also 2236-2238 to mandurah too saw them

It seems that Palmyra has started taking delivery of their own B8 rigids, currently sitting on bus 2679 on a 514 to Cockburn Central Stn. I talked to the driver and it's only done 896km so it looks like it only started service this week

Path have 2753-2756 b8s
Swan have 2586-2589 b8s
Transdev 2677-2680 b8s
2681 is a b7

2680 seen on a 998 this morning

So now the 25xx and 26xx series are pretty close to completion. What happens after that? Does Swan get 28xx and Transdev 29xx? If that's the case then what happens when Path's 2799 is delivered, since 30xx-31xx is taken by artics?

Yesterday's misadventure resulted in me catching 2680 from Morley on a 999. No questions the bus gave a smooth ride, but it was so quiet I nearly fell asleep (this distinction is also reserved for the 1797-1819 batch of CNG NHs when dawdled about - it's quite soothing  ). At idle, you can barely tell the engine is running.

The contract to supply 70 new Volvo Artic 'B8BRLEA' buses is nearly complete with 3097, 3098, 3099, 3100, 3101 and 3102 left to go. I'd say 3103+ will be for new rigids going to Path Transit.
