Cornor shop at end of the street looks like the one that has been near Daglish Station for years so my guess is Hammersley Rd Subiaco

No. insert_coin is closest so far by mentiong Maylands. The track is correct, i.e. Midland, but it's east of Maylands. Hint, this suburb has its on TAFE campus which is served by a lot of Path buses. If you can name the station that is closest to where the pic was taken, it's yours.
