A few more - Doyles #17 399 NJQ Leyland RTW / Hedges B43FR 1963 ex BCC 262, and # 210 655OMT AEC Reliance 590/ Hope B 39D 1965 ex BCC 286.

The Blackstone Busways photo Glebe Road could be even 1980. The two Leyland Nationals are there No 17 with AC Pod and No 19. I can remember walking through these in 1979 the night they arrived from down south with no seats in them

The Sundowner yard has pictured from right
No 2 (Bedford - front engine door behind steer axle)
No 1 (Ford maybe - only remember going to QLD Mueseum in 1980 then it was scrapped or retired)
No 3 (AEC - other pictures of this floating around - Got a refurb in 1984/85 with new lamni-panel etc amd new livery) was still travelling to High School on this late 1985
Two coaches may be 20 (UD) and perhaps 26 (AEC I think with all sorts of running gear) Still running up to 89 by that time it disappeared into Jellside Fleet
The two light blue units are probably Ex BCC vehicle becoming No 5 & No 6 - Both were cyclic transmissions (floor mounted) but at some stage No 6 got a 2 speed diff fitted - god that thing would fly (or seem to compared to No 5)
Cant see No 4 in the picture which was an old Adelaide Worldmaster with rear door (centre door removed)

The other vehicle in the Sundowner Photo (you can only see the rear half) is No 19 - An Athol Hedges Metro Star (ex Blackstone Busways No 19) on a Bedford Chassis. Can remember going with Dad on this in 1983 on a Saturday afternoon charter from Algester to Brisbane City Hall. The security guard at City Hall took Dad and I up to the Bell Tower for a look around. There weren't to many other tall buildings around from what I can remember.

Can I get photos of Sundowner fleet as I was working there from 1976 to 1989.
