It’s actually possible for a bus from Mulgrave as 746 is to end up on the 775. It could of done a 673 to Penrith 674 to Mount Druitt or ether of the Richmond to Penrith routes before hand

since the new timetable, there's been a lot more glendenning buses on the 775/776. Infact, basically all the St Marys-Mt Druitt short workings are being down by blacktown buses.

Haven't really noticed the mulgrave buses though, usually they only operate these routes during school holidays.

It appears the 4:07 775 departure from Mt Druitt is now run by Mulgrave didn't realise 471 had transferred to Mulgrave as this operated the route on Tuesday it still has Penrith Legal details applied though.

Don't think this has been posted but busways low floor Penrith fleet is now entirely in Tfnsw livery except for the 4 in adverts 1113/4/41 and 1300 Although all carry the livery underneath. Everything between 262-600 is in Busways old livery except 318 which has new Busways logos on old livery.

Has 318 still got the red and orange stripes witch is the livery it wore when it was new or is it plain white. If 318 is still striped then it would be the third version of the Busways logo that has been seen on a bus with that livery

Does anyone know anything about a new route 861 between Denham Court and Carnes Hill to start on 30 May - most likely Interline?
It comes up in TransSee the new website which provides Sydney Bus route information https://www.transsee.ca/routesched?a=tf ... 2021-05-30 until 27 June

861 route map is on TfNSW site, but not timetable. A Trip Planner search shows it as being run by Interline. Interline website doesn't seem to mention it. Funny that someone in Canada knows more about it than we do!

His software accesses "Get GTFS timetables, stops, and route shapes" on page https://opendata.transport.nsw.gov.au/n ... exploreapi which are also used by Transport for NSW for their timetables and trip finder, where as I understand it the first file contains the whole network and subsequent ones contain the information for each region.
Unfortunately I dont have access to those areas and even if I did I dont know what software can read them.
So he has access to any information immediately it is added.
But I was surprised that he showed it this morning when Transport Info did not but I guess they did a refresh between then and now while he is doing continuous refreshes.
I am surprised on the other hand that he does not show the route name while it is present in Transport Info
I would love to be able to look at it.

Timetable is now available on Transport Info https://transportnsw.info/documents/tim ... 210530.pdf starting 30 May but no finishing date. In transee it has moved to southeast still without correct route name and no finishing date but not operating during school holidays which does not appear correct.

Two unusual visitors to Penrith today 858 on the 776 and 1173 returning to Penrith on the 774 559 was also seen yesterday on a Penrith based school run.

Appears the 761 is run using only Penrith based buses lately

I've personally never seen 858 in Penrith and I don't think 1173 has been back to Penrith since it left when the Volgren Mercedes arrived.

Cdc seem to be really struggling to have the full wsu branded fleet out lately as 8509mo has become a daily bus on the Kingswood shuttles but baring in mind it's displays don't work this is a poor showing bit of vinyl or a board to permanently display kingswood shuttle would be a better look for cdc

New bus route for South West Sydney.

Friday 21 May 2021.

A new bus route in South West Sydney will provide improved local bus services to growing areas like Carnes Hills, Austral, Leppington and Denham Court (Willowdale).

The new Route 861 will run between Carnes Hill and Denham Court via Austral and Leppington, and result in more than 300 weekly services being added to the bus network in South West Sydney.

The new service will provide new and regular connections to popular local destinations such as shops and schools, as well as provide a new link to T2 and T5 train services at Leppington train station.

The new Route 861 will be introduced on Sunday 30 May. Services will operate every 30 minutes during peak periods and every 60 minutes at all other times.

Today Transsee also shows two new ungrouped school routes in the Leppington area both starting 31 May 2021 - neither gets a mention in Transport for NSW as yet except in the trip finder where they are shown. https://www.transsee.ca/routelist?a=tfnsw&ShowAll=1

Mulgrave 1105 with New busways logos on the 775 first of the busways scanias treated to this version of the livery so that's now 3 separate livery types on 1082-1141

Penriths 1296 on the s13 today very odd to get a LF Mercedes on there even rarer to get a Volgren Mercedes on there

I've noticed that Transit Systems in region 3 have recently started to use single door buses mainly ex Metrolink VSTs on the Parramatta bound T80 during the morning peak this has been happening on the 7:20 service from Liverpool for the past 2 days

You sure it wouldn't have anything to do with the fact that TSA R3 has been a little busy the past weekend with the Banko line trackwork (in which they were also supplementing R6) and the usual buses might've been having to go through a thorough cleaning?
Volgren all day, every day
Dear T80; If the decker's not a Volgren, I'm not interested.
