The new sky-blue & White bus stops?
1) What's with the "half-height" bus stops such as this one instead of the full height ones of the same design?:
2) Was their really a need to change them instead of just adding the extra information box?

These are for places where there isn't enough space for a full height one. For example, they have some at Rockdale station because there is a low awning over it.
