With all the low floor v low entry discussions in the NSW section and other public transport issues including states v ARTC when it comes to railway allocation and better scheduling between state passenger rail and ARTC timetabled freight there should be a federally based transport agency called Transport Australia witch would set a national DDA standard when it comes to buses and deal with all the rail scheduling
