With the amount of buses left, right and in the middle that are being converted to motorhomes, I figured I'd create a thread where we can track some buses that have now given up the service live and have now been converted into Motorhomes. If the former operator who owned said bus formally can be identified, they will be added here too.

A Mercedes-Benz OH1418 Custom Coaches 516 formally belonging too Alstonville Bus Service & Northern Rivers Tours as 4633 MO has shown up for sale on Gumtree as a Motorhome bus registered as XQ88FW at Nerang QLD.

BUS 400 Posted that he noticed this bus on tin tok. It's Ex Surfside bus 596, and was sold in full TransLink Livery

One for the historic NSW STA Fleet-lists, Mercedes O305 MK II PMC 2496 is being converted into a motorhome, doesn't appear to registered? (Further pictures can be seen on the Facebook group Bus Conversions in Australia 8th Feb 21)

Ex Polleys “Platypus” is for sale on Gumtree and Facebook. Now located in Childers QLD and looks to be a very nicely done motor home. Still in Polleys colours too.

I should also note that this was the first bus produced by P&D Coachworks in 1990, on a Hino RG197K chassis.

7031 MO from Premier Transport Group (1992 Mercedes-Benz OH1418 Austral Denning Starliner) is up for sale at Belmont completely stripped of it's seating. Description mentions it was an ex council bus (any idea which if true?) and still has it's PTG accreditation on it.

Former CDC Melbourne - Wyndham (4843AO) Volvo B10B Volgren listed for sale on Ebay located @ Werribee Victoria.

Former Costal Liner (MO 9349) Csepel 613.05 ABM was listed for sale on Facebook @ Austral as a Motorhome bus two weeks ago (7th April?) however it has since been sold to a new unknown owner.

Recent Findings (All Facebook findings)

Former Hunter Valley Buses (Thornton) MO 9179 has been listed for sale on Facebook, last registered as 394TTR in Brisbane QLD (VIN 9BM688177SB048081)

Unknown Operator 414CBR (QLD Rego) a 1992 Mercedes LO812(?) PMC bus listed for sale in Chinchilla, QLD. Now converted into a Motorhome.

Unknown 1990 Nissan Custom Coaches for sale up at Maryborough, QLD on Facebook. Previously was with a company called Enable2Drive?. Half of the seats removed.

International Acco 1981 Yellow PMC bodied bus for sale in Greta NSW, it definitely appears to be one of those ex South Australian school buses going by things (including the modification plate). Vin as far as I'm concerned is K04045, not sure on current registration. It was listed on Facebook two weeks ago.

For Inverell Bus Service, both of their Hino RG230's with Custom "510" bodywork have been dereg & withdrawn. I don't know the whereabouts of 1336 MO however 1341 MO has been listed for sale on Facebook in Lismore registered as XN90VF on NSW Heavy vehicle plates with all of its seating remove (Still has Inverell Company logo & Decals).

While I do note that in August 2021 this bus was confirmed having been sold to AuzWide Bus & Motorhome Conversions, it was possibly put back up for sale again 3 weeks ago on Facebook located in the Central Coast. Former Premier Illawarra m/o 9180 (Vin WDB38200461035443)

Unknown Previous operator / Owner of an Mercedes ??? Alan B Denning Vario, red striped horizontal decals along the bus along with a rear door fitted to it. I have previously seen this bus parked in Mayfield on the 8th of June of this year, it has QLD Registration plates on it 658R0G (has some sort of thing on the back saying Q900366192) however doing a check on QLD rego checker says these aren't valid plates??? It is located again for sale on Facebook in Sydney currently with the owner saying it did a trip from Rockhampton to Sydney fine.

I don't have much to go on for this one, no registration, fleet numbers of anything that hints to the history of this bus, 1990 MAN SL200 in derelict condition located for sale in Sydney. Possibly either an ex Adelaide bus or Brisbane Transport bus.

is anyone in this section know of or have access to a document on here some years back titled ""MTT PRIVATE BUS DISPOSAL LIST"or similar. I used to have a copy of it on computer but have lost it due to computer upgrades etc. any help in where to search, would be appreciated'.
