Sad to see them suspend operations - they have run a great operation and supported the Sydney Bus Museum. Until the Covid-19 hit, their fleet was the best it had ever been, with the 4 ex Lothian Olympians and the 2 new BCI DD's.

Yes, that sounds promising, although I have been to that region a few times (mainly for Bus NSW conferences), I am not really that familiar with the area.
Sydney and surrounding regions do have a large population base, which I can imagine would support several steam train/tourist operations.

A lot of the stations certainly need a good makeover, I wonder if the allocated amount is enough.
