Ex Whyalla City Transport Bus
Hi everyone. I have noticed an Ex Whyalla City Transport Volvo bus in a property on Eric Road Seaford, I am unable to obtain any details as it is parked on the back of their block. I know know it is Ex Whyalla from the Rear Lights and the Front Desto. Would anyone have any details about what bus it ...

Sorry , thank you for the corrections in regards to the Transmissions.
I know the Adelaide 0305G had a different trans from the rigids for the O-Bahn.

Re: Merc 0305G up for sale
After speaking to the owner, i have corrected him on a few issue he made with his ad.
It still has a Merc 0305G engine 280hp with the 0305G ZF transmission.
The owner corrected the ad and the bus sold within a minutes.

They are still one of the best buses ever made to operate in Australia.
I would rather drive an 0305 or 0305G any day compared to these new plastic buckets that operate today.

Re: New Midis for Lonsdale
These are very good units for route that are not to busy.
They are owned by Keolis Downer and there are currently 8 in the fleet between Willaston Depot, Edinburgh Depot & Lonsdale Depot.
The only issue is the slowness of the door opening and closing.

Re: Canberra light rail: Development applications approved i
I fully agree and I am really shocked that this is happening, I was sure ACT had enough buses to cover this should the Light Rail fail. The buses in Adelaide are being inspected by the SA Government as we speak for the trip to ACT. As for the driver authorities, as long as you hold one in your home ...

Re: Torrens Transit Helping out in ACT
Do SA drivers have photographic drivers authorities? How many buses? Where will they be stored and serviced? And, most importantly, does Transit Systems hold an ACT Regular Route accreditation? (Hint: no.) I can answer some of your questions but no all. Yes SA do have Photo Large Passenger Accredit...

Torrens Transit Helping out in ACT
I have been informed from a good source in Canberra that Torrens Transit (Transit Systems) will be supplying a number of Bus Operators and Buses should the opening of the Light Rail System stall or fail during the opening month (End of April 2019) The operators will travel by buses to Canberra from ...

Transit Systems from Adelaide and Sydney will have a fleet buses and drivers based in Canberra in case the trams fail within the first 4 weeks of operation. A number of drivers will be from their Adelaide Torrens Transit Contract along with some of their buses, Transit System have done this before w...

Hi All. Drove past Precision Buses today at Edinburgh, 1788 is still sitting there next to the plant, she has been there for while I think. Is there an issue with these buses? I have not seen any in service yet, I am sure 1788 is over 12 months old, but I may be wrong. Can anyone shed light on this ...

Kermit Buses Mile End
Hi Everyone.
Just wondering what is the status of the 2 Kermit buses located at Mile End Depot.
It has now been 12 months since Kermit 1 was seen driving around Adelaide, but they still are not in service yet?
I do like the look of the Percission Buses made here in Adelaide Edinburgh Parks.
