I'd dare say even at 15 min frequencies, there'd be scope to make the buses overcrowded. 10 min frequency across the week (as a All Day Frequent Route) would be more appropriate.

All we can hope is that the SWRL is ever extended to the WSA ASAP. At least the T2 Leppington line gets a nice 15 min frequency all day (as a minimum).
