Yes, its a shame TBCS wasn't well and truly established in the 1980's. There were same great Ansairs still around at the time. I particularly remember H.C.C.'s no. 812 in brown livery. I think it must have been their major projects crib bus.

Preservation candidate?

Shame one of these hasn't been preserved, considering how historically significant they were as the main trolley bus replacements. Same with their predecessors, the tram replacement Ansairs. Maybe a half decent one in private ownership may become available one day?
