Re: New bus network arising from CSELR (L2/L3) opening

How are you supposed to get to Darlinghurst ? The tram doesn't go there. Actually, the CITY bus would probably cover that. The signs aren't all encompassing You have just identified one major weakness in the TfNSW stop design - they are too stupid to segregate late night services and include them o...

Re: Private Bus Observations 2020

Noticed a Transit Systems bus on a short working of route 320 to Zetland yesterday still displaying M20, presumably an oversight in the reprogramming of destination codes. I don't think it's an oversight. The computer units on the some of the 3-door bendies are playing silly buggers and reverting t...

Minor correction to a school route and the 252.
When new data is supplied to TfNSW they treat it as a new timetable set regardless of what the changes are.

Re: Tickets On Trackwork Buses

When STA fully plans and operates the track work replacement services for the Airport, City Circle and Eastern Suburbs lines, then you are required to tap on and off. STA has been changing fares on their track work buses for a few months now, and they also now add extra route services (e.g. extra 3...

At least 15 CRBs across Ryde and Waverley have also been disposed of and I imagine that they will all be on the way out over the next year. All 7 remaining TRBs went out this morning, on 272s, 288s, 290s and 293s. They obviously still have a use for them for the time being, given these have been th...

Re: NSW Railway Observations 2019

Interesting that there is an S Set on presumably a Charter from Leppington to Richmond as a T5 Charter. Also, because it is a weekend, there are a decent amount of C Sets and K Sets available for the charter if necessary, unless the S Set was specifically chosen to run the Charter by who booked it....

Who is the current "manager"? Years ago Hawkesford had it, then I think CDC took it over. Transport for NSW looked after the Pitt St bays, Sydney Trains took bookings for the Western Forecourt bays. Also STA have opened 6 bays in Lee St Layover for coach parking, bookings through STA as f...

Great photos as usual Inspector. As it is many years since i have been on the line i was wondering where the twin water columns are situated . I tried using Google Maps to locate them without luck. I noticed in the shot of 3265 coming into Couridjah there is a single column in the background. The t...

The registration expired while the bus was off the road during the Move, H-plates are only renewable for 3 months. Thus it gained 47708H in 2014.

3505 is operating on 400 today which is a very rare sight. As I said before Scania L113CRBs don't normally operate on Sundays I still think thats a much better idea than Bustech Midi, which Waverley should hang its head in shame for using on 400 so often on the weekend. Also, while we are on the to...
