Re: Hunters Hill coaches
Hi all, More tangential information here.. I apologise. By coincidence I recently researched Higlett's as a tangent to investigating the Lee family of Picton Omnibus, which in itself was a tangent when looking into the Heise family of Cooma Coaches! Several factors arose in the 1940's that saw bus a...

Morning Fleet Lists, no problems at all. My comments were in good humour.

Re: Berry Double Deckers
It's a sad reflection on the state of this discussion board that no one would step in to provide the correct information! It's a tantalising thought that there might be a second Ben Ogle with enough interest to operate a Denning Denair and source three-digit m/o plates for a regional bus fleet, but ...

Hi Hugh,
I can't answer why those lists have been miscoded into Tweed/Byron region, however the Hertogs lists have been temporarily taken down while they're being worked on. It's been almost a month now, so I will make an effort to get on with it!

Symes Coaches 4618 MO passed through Glen Innes this afternoon with the Cavanaghs Bus and Coach Accred. Can anyone confirm if Symes have been purchased by Cavanaghs? The Cavanagh logo appears on the Symes website now but didn't in March . Sale appears to have happened by early early June . Dineens ...

Re: Tuck Lee Buses
There is/was a 'Grayson Tuck-Lee' involved with Eggtranz P/L of Mudgee since about '97. Sold off school runs and the Co now runs two TV registered coaches based in Mudgee. I could never work out if that was the same family connection. Grayson Tuck-Lee is the son of the former owner of Tuck Lee's at...

Re: The last manual route buses in Sydney
The last manual route buses in Sydney would most likely be Busways minibuses that are specifically utilised on school services around the former Hawkesbury Valley network. I do not know current shift configurations, however at one stage the Coaster performed an AM route 668 service from Glossodia to...

Re: Private Bus Observations 2020
Going through my photo collection, I've got a photo of a 2000 Mercedes-Benz LO814 on an Alan B-Denning body, it was registered as CB96UF (And still is according to a recent Rego check), VIN ends in 4558. When I took the photo of it last year, it was with a school in the Maitland Area. They also had...

Thank you. Here's a shot I took 10/2/17 at Temora West Public School where the run starts. On the previous trip (February 2009), the bus was out of action with previous owner Mueller dry hiring another operator's 1975 Bedford YRT3 to perform the contract. That was a lucky catch!

It's P.J. (Peter) & K.M. Harper re-accredited as a company. One would assume his 1997 Metrotec has been replaced under the seat belt scheme.LB608 wrote:Temora Buses, have they changed ownership in recent years, as the accredition seem a recent issue

As per the post on Facebook that photo of m/o 4051 came from, the coach was new to Neville's / Coachways, then Woronora Bus Service / River Tours, then Greens Bus Line, then Moore's Tours. Please credit photos lifted from other sites. William King photo, Sydney Bus Museum collection.

First bus purchased in 2006, operation appears to have commenced/become accredited in 2009. Three Atlanteans have been operated on TV's. The Riverstone list was a rather large research effort by myself and Burrumbus. The list was not in the index as 70% of the data inputted was lost in a server crash and has not been restored, so the list is not accurate currently. If anyone is willing to look back through every Fleet Lines and HCVA ...
