HARBOUR BRIDGE CLOSURE
There's still a lot of timber sleepers. Did they only 'concrete" the down track?

Thanks for your analyses guys...
As the 500X will not serve minor stops, how will pax from those stops north-west of Drummoyne access Town Hall?

Re: Jan 2021 bus changes - STA region 7
Thanks, all, for your analyses. Questions - 1 - Will inbound pax on Victoria Road's minor stops between Ryde & Drummoyne get a direct service to Town Hall, or will they have to change mid-trip? 2 - Will those same minor-stop pax actually get ANY buses direct to Town Hall? 3 - Will ANY Vic. Rd. servi...

^^^^^^^^.......and the Central Concourse information desk closes at 6pm daily, with no notice directing one to alternative information sources.
If you want transport info in this "global" city, you need to be clever at drilling down into the internet on your phone. No thank you.

WHITE BAY POWER STATION- The first lie in this continuing story was when Google was said to have withdrawn its interest in setting up at White Bay. The reason given was "poor public transport to the CBD". Even back then, there was a bus every five minutes to the CBD, first stop Town Hall. Now, of co...

Wynyard Walk, nice as it is, is only "attractive" if you're fit. There would be lots of passengers seeking the "least walking" route.

Sydney Metro is requesting public comment on its "Draft Pitt Street Station Design and Precinct Plan" - the SDPP. www.sydneymetro.info/station/pitt-street-station I think the draft is pathetic. It focusses on the visual impacts of the building facades, almost ignoring the prime function of the stati...

Re: Sydney Metro - Tallawong to Bankstown
All stations should be named with a weighting toward those who have most to lose if the station name is misleading - the train passengers. I vote for "Wynyard West" at Barangaroo.
And the station with the current name of "Pitt Street" should be called "Park Street" - much more focussed.

There was a regular school run in the 50s by the blue-and-cream liveried, semi-trailored AEC Matador, between the residency "Masonic Schools" at Baulkham Hills and Westmead Tech. in Hawkesbury Road, Westmead.

^^^^^^^Asbestos in "gaskets" shouldn't be difficult to remedy. Much more serious is the apparent omission of destination indicators. The current practice of having the deck-hand yell something indiscernable above the roar of the ferry engine tugging at the bollard is amateurish, crude, and completel...
