Re: daylight saving time

I always find during summer in Qld is that the last two hours of the day are good. The sun is not too high the breeze is up and the temps have dropped. If we can shift that to 5pm-8pm that would be great I also find that the humidity always spikes as soon as the sun is down. I rather it up for longe...

The Translink email update today states that Transdev has also a new electric bus, that will be in service for Redlands and running into the city. Apparently Volgren will be supplying this one, as part of the trial.

Re: Real time e-paper timetable trial

Why on Earth are paper timetables even still used at bus stops? There are far more durable (and thus passenger-friendly) ways of providing the information. These are a neat idea, but must be expensive if they're vandalised. They have been rolled out in NSW. I have seen them in the Sydney metropolit...

Real time e-paper timetable trial

A real time e-paper timetable trial is currently on the way in Brisbane. Similar to that of NSW'S trial last year, these have an added feature of audio announcements and are powered by a solar voltaic panel. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20201028/3e4a9c0956c49bf7bee16b6e71b2d86d.jpg https://uploa...
