Good luck with that, unless the government own the vehicles then there is no way they could enforce that.

I think that the advertisers would prefer more coverage area by covering the windows, but this operator is in the business of people seeing out windows, so I would think they would insist on the windows not being covered. If the advertiser wants the window space and pays for it then they can get it...

It's nothing to do with being out of respect to the customers, this is what the advertisers wanted.

We have had wraps that have covered windows before.
