Re: Rex Law's Redline Coaches

I am intrigued by the use of the silver eagle service. Did redline actually have silver eagle coaches or was this just a marketing idea. Fantastic seeing the timetable and reading all the great memories of redline. thank you

Re: American Eagle coach in Tas

1 of the ex Australia coach vehicles went to the Hara Krikshan's. When they had it in the early 90's it was still in the Aus Coach green colours with only the first 4 rows left in. The rest of the seating and toilet removed and mats put on the floor.

Trying to make it part Silver Eagle, with all the stainless steel and the eagle badge on the front . Looks terrible. Silver Eagles are classic vehicles.

Smoking is against State and Federal Regulatons. Once a passenger does smoke on board you will find the driver will give a harsh talk to the pax about their behaviour and remind them if this happens again their journey will be terminated. There is no second chance. They say they aren't aware of this...

Yes 349 does have a mid mount toilet. There are 5 seats across the rear . From memory its a 49 seat coach. Beautiful vehicle to drive in its day.
Tremendous amount of leg room the seats behind the toilet.

Hope this answers your questions.

Thats the only large coach they have. Seems hard to believe that if the gear poped out he couldn't control it. If it w...

The Eagle is auto. Its a series 10 Eagle. It was 1007 in the Greyhound Fleet before Torys of Marybourough bought her. The coach is now owned by a public relations/marketing company in Sydney. the vehicle is on a 12 month tour or australia contracted by westpac.

silver eagles

Interesting new website from the USA. There is a new company started up called Silver Eagle Bus. No connection with the previous Silver Eagle businesses. They are about to release the series 25 Eagle. They also sell parts for existing eagles including manuals. Should be great to see the new design. ...

double decker

The decker referred to at Caboolture Bus Lines yard is not theirs. They actually do the servicing for Australia Zoos vehicles. So quite regularly you will see their coaches parked at Caboolture's yard
