Re: New Sydney and Outer Metro bus contracts (as from 2020)
Interestingly their Facebook page has not shown any cancelled services for the last two days so they may be improving. And not all errors are U-GO - route 433 is a Transit Systems route nowhere near the U-GO region. So no use jumping to unproved conclusions. I noticed on tripview this morning 2 M92...

I thought they would still be able to display externals.boronia wrote:With altered services due to trackwork, the revised schedules/stopping patterns are probably not loaded into the trains' computers, so there is nothing to display.

Re: Sydney’s public transport growing back differently post-pandemic
Routes 723, 738 and 835 will not be running which service the Eastern creek industrial area.
724 is limited to running half of it's route so huntingwood industrial area is not serviced.

Hi All. Was just looking on FR24 when i noticed 2 Air Niugini planes over PNG very close to each other. Could this be considered a near miss? https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20210128/520a453cb863ca94302062e72f1ffd2b.jpg https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20210128/eaad949ed8522c371d83660ccf2845f1.jpg ...

In case you missed the news, M52 will be replaced by 500X in late January. And a discussion about renumbering has already happened in https://www.busaustralia.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=91528 The M52 becomes 501 Parramatta - City Pitt St with the 500X running between West Ryde and City Hyde ...

Todays Port Moresby to Cairns to Port Moresby Air Niugini. flight was run by a Boeing 767, usually a fokker 70. Update to the above. The Department of Transport is suspending the implementation of beep cards on the EDSA Busway due to the purchasing fee of the card (PHP80 = $AUD2.30) not being waived. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20201004/00e862fc41efcb4c8bedaf77a27cef12.jpg Sent from my SM-A207F using Tap...

Re: Philippines "new normal"
As of 28 September 2020, the Manila EDSA busway system will go cashless, with passengers only allowed to use the beep card to tap in and tap out. On 1 October 2020, i believe it will be extended to UV express vans and jeepneys. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200928/c9c140d9bcbb998c77157514deea3d...

Re: Australian Aviation Thread - 2020
Nauru Airlines B733 has departed Manila, Philippines this morning at 8:50am after arriving from Brisbane via Darwin.
Does anyone know if this is freight, Passenger or repatriation related as I haven't heard of any added flights for the latter.

Yesterday morning, There seems to have been issues with loading buses at the newly opened stops on Manila's Route E (EDSA Carousel) where buses were lined up because of busesloading/unloading on the road aswell as in the bus bay. https://www.facebook.com/116724526976/posts/10159224709541977/?app=fbl...

Remember that only surgical masks worn with the coloured part on the outside can stop virus droplets, a washable cloth mask is only good for dirt particles.

Re: International Aviation Thread
Noticed on FR24 that Cebu Pacific has a couple of Airbus A330's and two A321's arriving in Alice Springs from Manila and Angeles City.
Would these be getting stored there or is there something else happening as there is also a Myanmar Airways International Airbus A319 from Alice Springs to Denpasar.
