Which 24th? There are still 6 of these remaining this year. I assume you would mean July.
Re: New bus depot at Mile End
Last Monday 24th June as reported on previous page say the depot open for initial use by Southlink Lonsdale and Hills Artics.
No doubt over time more Southlink and Torrens Transit buses will make use of it during weekday off-peak periods.

Fwiw the SL shift sheets for the upcoming school holidays all show city meal breaks at Franklin St not Railway Terrace.
Re: New bus depot at Mile End
SL will be fully using Railway Terrace as of Monday 2 Sept. No shifts from that date onward have meal breaks at Franklin St.

...and, very unimpressed with it. No vending machines are provided so no snacks or coffee unless you walk over to the Home shopping centre and choose between a single coffee shop and a Subway as the depot is in the middle of nowhere really. Vending machines are "on the way" but it's pretty lame for them not to be already installed. Guess whoever is in charge of it doesn't really worry as they are in a nice comfortable office somewhere with all facilities in easy reach whereas we are only drivers.
