With no action on here for nearly 2 months I think people have just forgotten to check. I wouldn't have a clue on this one, even with a clue I probably wouldn't have a clue.

You might find a controversial answer if you keep "digging" for it. But if you dig too far, you might dig up the "burrow" of some rabbit "look-a-likes".

And just for those that don't know.

Controversial as Daracon is using a lot more trucks, instead of the purpose built siding.
Burrow & rabbit look-a-likes, refering to the Tin Hares.

only after you mentioned it did i remember that martin creek is now an "a" station, with the introduction of the new timetable...
when i was there last time, all the stops along the north coast line were still all compulsory stops

ah you're right, martins creek isn't an "a" station... thought they converted all stations beyond telarah other than paterson and dungog to "a" status...

Martins Creek station certainly had money spent on it and looking at the timetable it only takes a hour by train from Newcastle to Martins Creek.
