On their website it states there will be two depots which does not include Moorebank. But we will need to wait and see whether Moorebank stays or not.

And the fleet list will be online when a number more issues are resolved which will not be before they take over. Putting such a new fleet together in a fleet list is NOT an easy task.

Transit Systems Sydney Bus 1513 registered m/o 6181 was seen today travelling on Newbridge Road, Moorebank before turning into Nuwarra Road presumably heading to the temporary Moorebank depot.

I saw 1514 so I believe they have at least 15 O500LE from BT

The Transit Systems fleet list has also been added to the enquiry routine.

So please make as much use of the fleet list as possible, Daniel has done a fantastic job putting it together which is very much appreciated.

However we will be looking for updates as undoubtedly there will be changes such as moves between depots as things settle down, etc.

Re the buses from cdc, sta, If I was B O'F I would say that the buses are being loaned to you until you can get your own fleet up and running and you are to hand the buses back when you are up and running.

Why? They were on lease to operators in Region 3 as part of their contract. When the operator changes the vehicles move across automatically as has been mentioned many a time before.

If what you suggest happens they (and other operators) would not have tendered in the first place.

.

Smithfield is incomplete and open.

Interestingly it is immediately adjacent to the Parramatta bound Smithfield stop of the Tway - any closer and the stop would be inside the depot.

Smithfield depot is being partially used, with the remainder of their buses temporarily stored diagonally opposite the T-way inside a trucking warehouse.

Not sure if this has appeared elsewhere, around 9 additional Brisbane buses now parked at Hoxton Park Depot in Brisbane colours, Volgrens, likely the 0500's. No sign of Busways now.

On their website, their asking $140,000 + GST for their Hino's which is a bit on the pricey side if you ask me even tho they have repainted and have refurbished them http://www.transitsystems.com.au/buses-for-sale/nsw

They are quite neat looking units, even the BCC B10Ms.
Interesting that the Hinos were refurbed in 2013, yet are now being sold. Would TfNSW have paid for the refurb? Brings into question value for money.
And at least one of the B10Ms is Opal prepared.
