Since it's almost a week without an answer even near the place, I shall reveal the answer. It is Lieutenant Bowen Road, right down the bottom, where the 680 comes about 3 times a day on weekdays

another hint: this is a river crossing of sort, the river is quite low, it doesn't look like it, but the approach from both sides are quite steep

*yeah I am surprised that Holsworthy comes down that far as well! (google maps has it mixed up in that area, so doesn't accruately show the boundary).
