I'd say NR29 is pretty much on the ball there. That looks suspiciously like 1904 is coming past Centrelink whilst running empty from Oats St after a circle route.
If it's not a ZF, take it back!

He is on the ball, I call it an out of bounds bus. 1904 later did a 158 to Fremantle which was on Friday afternoon the same day this photo was taken. Was taken through the back of 1603's window
