Is it possible to arrange that I always see the newest message at the top of a thread? I know you can select "newest first" via the dropdown at the bottom of the last message on a page. I can't see anywhere in the profile settings where you can configure it.
Thanks

What if there was as much money as necessary for schools and hospitals,
and they had to hold a raffle to buy a new warship?

Just had a look myself, while phpbb2 fails, it should be an available feature once phpbb3 is out of testing stages.
Not vista...that's another I can add to my "fooled" list.
INXS...if I showed you my play list you will be surprised...lets say at least 70% INXS and if you listen to the chorus of that song carefully, it can sound like "I'm better than Oasis"
EDIT: because I deleted my old post, just so users know, crazy_dan is referring to http://mattyrid.com/ATDB.PNG (don't ask why I took it, a confusing story )

I am on a couple of boards that are configured "newest first". While in some ways it is convenient to be able to see the latest message immediately, it becomes a real pain when you want to go back and read the thread from the start or middle, more so when it runs into multiple pages.
