Bus 165 recovery after breakdown
Always wanted to see this in action , a bus being recovered onto a tilt tray tow truck after 165 blew its transmission this arvo, it certainly dumped a lot of transmission fluid on the road

Hi Vern,
Over the years Launceston were always noted for treating their buses kindly hence the first class ride back to Howick Street. Were you the unlucky 165 driver on the spot?

Re: Bus 165 recovery after breakdown
Common occurrence in Hobart Truth be know, it probably won't be as bad as it appears. Poor yoda is having pipe dreams expecting VOVIIs to return to Hobart As you're probably aware vernbale, we use a normal (if not large) tow-truck rather than tilt-tray in Hobart. I wonder what Burnie use

Re: Bus 165 recovery after breakdown
Not something you see here in Adelaide, that's for sure!
Our buses get your typical 'American styled' tow truck, no 5 star flatbed for us..
