I am looking to sell this Bedford OB or OS? It does not have a motor, the original crash box gearbox is here but removed.
Alternatively, I would be interested in finding a motor for her and restoring, if somebody can help me with which motor might suit? (I'm on a budget)
Or alternatively happy to field offers, text or call me on 0419 49 49 49. -Pete

This bus was new to Martyr's of Warburton on 9/12/60. It still is in their livery and has the original rego HHE 780. It originally had a petrol engine - an SB3 - but was fitted with a diesel engine later.

Bedford engines are still fairly common.

The 214 petrol might be a bit underpowered, a 300 would be better.

Try ACW Bedford in Melbourne, they often have them, also eBay or Gumtree.

Thank you to System Improver and Boronia, would a 300 diesel fit right in without mods?
