Thank you for appreciating boronia
My models built for me.
Portuguese fleet in time of national rodoviaria.
During the years 1975 to 1994 there was a national bus company
photo with orange and white bus is that company, rodoviaria nacional. In 1975 ,the Portuguese government nationalized all road companies with more than 60 vehicles.

Re: Modelbus Collection
Orange bus on book cover, is an AEC with rear engine? I have seen similar on some YouTube clips in preservation with rear engine. Built as joint venture with Portuguese company UTIC as monocoque construction? In video , they sound like they have AEC 760 engines. Am I correct?
I Like the Leyland UTIC, pictured above very much.
Very modern body.
Your dedication to modelling is marvelous.

Re: Modelbus Collection
You Portuguese were just as dedicated to British makes as Australia, which is all the more impressive driving on the right side of the road!!

Re: Modelbus Collection
Portugal certainly had some interesting body shapes. It's so nice they appreciated British makes. They are like a right hand drive Malta.
