South Coast Line - Part suspended
Trains have been suspended between Waterfall and Thirroul on the South Coast Line due to heavy rain activating safety monitors at Stanwell Park. A replacement bus service will start operating at 5.30pm. Passengers are advised to delay their trip until then or make alternative arrangements.

On the Main South this occurred because sleepers were replace in situ (AFAIK, literally from the side, sleeper for sleeper) which disturbed a base already in dubious condition, and thus allowed water to come in and pool.
