Hey guys who is the Fed Gov Dept that handles the rules and regs of conversions etc?

Its state by state and this stage. So if your going to rego it in NSW you will have to use there regulations. And of course all states are just that little bit different in what they require.
There are 2 football teams with a swear word in there name. Arsenal and #%$#ing Manly.
