Timetable Changes @ 19/2/2012

Post by 900 series »

The first major timetable changes for the year (and I'm pleased to say the timetables have gone live way before the changes this time...)

South Eastern
-Minor time changes to Routes 100, 101, 210, 211, 212
-Extra Curtin Uni day & public holiday (not Sunday!) services on Route 100
-Extra services on Route 101
-Additional short trip on Route 212 (Esplanade to Thornlie Stn) departing 5:15pm

Western
-Minor time changes to Routes 23, 24, 25, 27, 28, 78, 79, 102, 103, 107
-Additional timed stop on Route 103 (QEII)
-Additional trips on Route 78

Northern
-Additional peak-hour trips on Routes 403 and 404, plus minor time changes
-New trial Route 451 between Greenwood Station and Kingsway, operating every 20 minutes peak hour and hourly inter-peak on Weekdays
(I believe this would be Transperthpaperbus's route...)
On the WA Questions thread, Transperthpaperbus wrote:Is there a service on Hepburn Avenue east of Greenwood Station in the planning (In areas where there is no current services). The reason for my question was because I saw several orange marking on both sides of the road similar to the bus stop placement markings.
Eastern
-Minor time changes to Routes 37, 38, 39
-Route 39 has been replaced by 37 in Kings Park on weekends
-Route 37 upgraded to quarter-hourly on Saturdays between Belvidere St and Kings Park

Southern
-Minor time changes to Route 515

CircleRoute
-Minor time changes to both routes
-Timetables 200 and 201 merged into new Timetable 200 - the formatting is very weird, seems like a book format with different-sized pages...

^^ I would say the circle route timetable is a booklet.

A closer look at the timetable has revealed two extra trips to Perth (one being a short working) and one short working from Perth on Sundays this time round. Other than that, the increase to half-hourly was introduced back on 11th September 2011.

Update - there's also a new SE15 timetable coming out at the same time. No changes to the schedule that I can find - just a reprint with the 2012 Curtin Uni days on it...

Yep - found the timetable today, it's booklet form with a fold-out map at the back. It's actually quite similar to Melbourne's train timetables, only without the pages of information at the beginning.
