The HCVAQ Truck Show was held at Gatton lat weekend. An interesting display of buses was included:

The theme of the show was the "Mack Muster", with a reported 130 examples of the marque in attendance ranging from WW2 NR models up to current.

I am surprise to see the ex Roberts Lismore Leyland Tiger cub amongst bus collection how long has this bus been preservation.Picture from the Leon Batman collection.

Great work Boronia, good to see some pics for those of us that couldn't make it. The grey Commer Bus is a local bus used for many years to carry students at Queensland Agricultual College, Lawes about 4 klms out of Gatton, my mates Dad, Sid used to drive and look after it for many years. Good to see the Double Decker Cafe also made the trip. :wink: Moreton
Never again have to wait in a Q,in Queen Street ?

Nice photos and a nice collection.What is the History on the Hedges bodied bus? It looks similar to a couple of the Units John J Hill Wollongong got when the took over Kieraville Bus Service

Does this truck for real? Just wondering why it is so small compare to other Mack trucks.
Now if thats the same truck i saw painted in a shell roadhouse colors just outside of the north of adelaide back between 1992/1996, then if so , its a converted mini moke and is a realy amazing conversion. :)
I will have to dig up the photos from back then !
