I think TP 1592 should move to Port Hedland...

I think busrider needs to stay in Perth during a heatwave.

Cheers!

busrider thinks busrider experienced enough heat living in Port Hedland for nearly two years...

TP 1592 thinks TP 1592 experienced enough heat living in Armadale for the last 10 years.

Move to Port Hedland, experience more of it, then get blown away by a cyclone... No cheers for that.

" Once it's get's hot , It's get's HOT in Armadale. "
I'm 33 km in land from Freo and still get 100km/h winds.
One would type that busrider is 20km max from the Ocean.

The Biggest Loser- the way they treat the contestants is horrible and no good for self esteem at all. That poor guy on the treadmill being yelled at like that. There are much better ways to encourage people than just yelling at them.

The ratings are going down and I am not surprised. Even Home and Away is better than this load of garbage and that is really saying something.

I agree with busrider, move to Port Hedland or even to a town in the desert and experience the heat... Armadale is nothing...

I was expecting a parcel today, and I set my alarm for 9am as a result and subscribed to the AusPost tracking emails. I set my alarm for 9am and got up unwillingly when it got off. I checked my emails on my phone... and the damned Postal Operative had beaten me by 15 minutes.

That said, it was nice of him\her not to wake me up like the Toll Ipec Operative did.

We took a laptop into the computer store in town for a client as the store is the local Toshiba Service Centre and it was a warranty job.

Get a call today asking if we have heard anything about it. We say no, it's best if you call them and see so there's no middleman.

Shortly afterwards we get a call asking where they are. Apparently using Google Maps or a phone book is beyond this person.

Then before I leave for the evening, they call again asking if we had heard anything else (we hadn't) and then asks for their phone number. It took all my energy to bite my tongue and not inform the client that we are not a phone book nor are we a mapping service we are an IT business, kindly obtain such information from appropriate resources.

Blargh. The good part was I went home straight after that. :D

Going into the local "service" station to buy some milk. Two staff behind the counter. One's serving another customer; but the other one, who could've been serving me at the same time, instead insisted on continuing to yak with some redneck, leaving me to wait until the other assistant was free.

All these ads in my TAYG. If I weren't so desperate for my Shaun Micallef fix I'd watch it online and have to deal with six minutes of ads for the entire episode, and I've become accustomed to not having them from the copious amounts of TAYG I watched over the summer, but alas I could not wait.

It's still an awesome show.
