While increasing the price to $47.95 Trax have kept the upper limit for cheap postage set at $45. That means they have effectively hit us with two price rises at the same time. Not happy!

I envy you for that line up!! I missed out on the Sony version.
I just recieved my Whiskas version (Thursday) and am very happy with it. I particularly like the slogan on the off side.
It really captures the feel of Sydney in the late 70s, early 80s well. It's really boosted my interest in the Sydney Atlantean, getting this model.

I would like to see an ex Sydney Atlantean done in Rover's from Cessnock, Linsley's from Wallsend and or Toronto bus livery to go with some of the earlier models done by Trax, the Newcastle vehicles sold out quickly so these should go just as fast. 8)

Yes as a Toronto bus services Atlanteans would go good with the Merc TBS (the train) , also Morisset bus service had Atlanteans as well for years until TBS took them over and maybe roadrunner at wangi wangi had some, as maybe even TBS has some still parked around the back of its Toronto west yard as these buses served well with many women driving them for school buses and special events and more for manys years, maybe even the sister buses the Bone shaker lepoards did as well.

No Road Runner had a ex pommie & Eggin's Atlantean only. (Same bus as TRUX Eggin's model)

No long gone from TBS, the last one of the ex TBS Atlanteans is with Gregory Omnibus in Tas.

My thoughts are that to do an ex Sydney Atlantean in some of the ex hunter area liverys to match the previous models would be tops. 8)

Just to keep the thread linked to your Atlanteans, Trux on facebook replied to a question I asked, it was "Is there plans for a Sydney standard livery with adverts on, they said theres 3 to come!!!! They hinted at some headache pill........ as the advert! Im looking forward to seeing what there will be, I suspect an A.O.A is next up.

"Remember, for fast pain relief, take Bex, because Bex is better" was the top gear facebook reply I got...... I tried a google images and adverts search and only pictures of Bex pills bottles popped up, no images of an advert on the side of a bus showed up..... It must be one of the adverts ear marked for the next Atlantean??
