A belated post (I'm on holiday and away from Internet connections mostly):

Saw Mandi (STM2001) heading up Kalamunda Rd on an extended 288 to Kalamunda on Thursday morning about 0830, followed by another Midvale Renault doing the same route. I assume this is mainly a schoolkid collection run and is usually a link or at least a 405, hence the double-banking.

Nice to see Mandi somewhere other than shuttling up and back between the Midland Station and the shops!

One of the 3 remaining O405G bumblers (unsure which one as I wasnt close enough to see the fleet no) was spotted heading from Canning Highway through the Victoria Park Transfer Station and across the causeway at about 3pm or a little bit after. (appeared to be doing some sort of school run I think)

O405G Bumblers? What on earth is an O405G Bumbler? Sounds to me like you are referring to 488.

All good.

NR29, Turbocharged O305G's are NOT an articulated version of an O405. That is in fact an O405G. 659-668 & 670-677 are O305G's with the VöV II Front.

I'm sure I read somewhere else that 2216 has broken down a few times previously so maybe that POS is going for warranty repairs?

Yes for the record I have observed/heard/advised that is has broken down approximately four times now. However that is just what I know. It could be more or (perhaps less?) than that. And it is also the first Volvo B7RLE from the production line... Not a good start. Hopefully things improve...
