Bus stop covered up

The last stop on Constitution Ave, Campbell, for Russell bound buses have the bus stop sign covered up. What's happening there?

They were laying pipes in the road and the stop was too close, so it was moved up the road.
Long live all ex-ACTION 0305's!!!!!!!!!
