Proposed Bus Changes To Baldivis

Following on from an email I posted here a few years back stating that 4 routes will one day serve Baldivis, an extra bus route is being proposed for Baldivis. Below is the text on the TransPerth website:

PROPOSED TRANSPERTH BUS CHANGES IN BALDIVIS
Transperth is inviting the public to comment on proposed changes to Route 564 and the introduction of new Route 568 (travelling between Warnbro Station and Baldivis North via Baldivis East). In addition to the Baldivis network review, there will be minor time changes to routes 557, 558 and 562.
There are no changes proposed to routes 559 or 561 as a part of this review.
Services are proposed to change as follows:
Route 564 – Rockingham Station to Baldivis South (route and time changes)

The route will be amended and rerouted to serve a greater proportion of Settlers Hills Estate (Baldivis South). Residents in these areas will be served by regular public transport for the first time, connecting with trains at Warnbro Station.
Route 564 service will no longer operate along Clyde Avenue or into Rivergums Estate (Baldivis East) with these areas now served by the new Route 568 service.
Selected services will continue to extend to Rockingham Station.
Additional capacity has been added at school times for Tranby College.
Operates every 20 minutes in peak, every 60 minutes off peak and every 60 minutes on weekends. Services will be co-ordinated with the new 568 service.
Route 568 – Warnbro Station to Baldivis North via Baldivis East (new route)

New daily full-time service operating between Baldivis North and Warnbro Station via Baldivis East
Residents north of Safety Bay Road will be served by regular public transport for the first time, connecting with trains at Warnbro Station and shopping/community facilities in the Baldivis Town Centre.
Trips will operate at times suitable for Tranby College.
Selected services will deviate to Stockland Baldivis Shopping Centre.
Operates every 20 minutes in peak, every 60 minutes off peak and every 60 minutes on weekends. Services will be co-ordinated with the revised Route 564 service.

Thursday 21 July 2011 (from 2.00pm until 7.00pm)
Saturday 23 July 2011 (from 10.00am until 3.00pm).

Looks good - on the map it says the routes are only temporary untill further money is allocated.
