Personally i saw this coming a mile away with the new contract changes

PROPOSED TRANSPERTH BUS CHANGES IN CITY BEACH AND INNER NORTHERN SUBURBS

Transperth is proposing changes to buses in City Beach and the inner northern suburbs to make more efficient use of Transperth services and meet passenger demand in the region.

Changes are proposed for routes 15, 80, 81, 84, 85, 91, 92, 95, 267, 276, 277, 278, 400, 401, 402, 410, 411, 412, 421, 424, and 426.

These service changes are planned for implementation in mid August 2011.

Representatives from Transperth and Swan Transit will be available to discuss the proposed service changes as follows:

Floreat Forum Shopping Centre
Howtree Place, Floreat
Thursday 30 June (from 2.00pm until 7.00pm)
Saturday 2 July (from 10.00am until 3.00pm)

Westfield Innaloo Shopping Centre
Ellen Stirling Boulevard, Innaloo
Thursday 7 July 2011 (from 2.00pm until 7.00pm)
Saturday 9 July 2011 (from 10.00am until 3.00pm)

Services are proposed to change as follows:
WESTERN SUBURBS SECTION (City Beach services)

Cambridge St services will operate more consistently with peak frequencies operating for longer periods in both morning and afternoon peak.
Improved peak shoulder services from Perth with a bus along Cambridge St every 15 minutes until 8.00pm
All four routes will operate as accessible air conditioned services.
Improved Sunday services with a consistent 30 minute service provided by a combination of Routes 84 and 92.

Route 80: Floreat to Wellington Street Bus Station – withdrawn

Service will be withdrawn and replaced with additional 81 services.

Route 81: Wellington Street Bus Station to City Beach – time changes

Small number of additional trips in the morning and afternoon peak period.

Route 84: Wellington Street Bus Station to City Beach – time and route changes

Service will operate with a minor route change in City Beach with services operating along a greater stretch of Marapana Road.
Small number of additional trips in the morning and afternoon peak period.
Services will now operate at night and on weekends following the withdrawal of Route 85.
Rationalisation of East Perth services following upgrades of the CAT network. Services only extend to East Perth when the CAT network is not operating.

Route 85: East Perth to City Beach (After hours service) - withdrawn

Service will be withdrawn and replaced with evening and weekend services on Route 84.

Route 91: Wellington Street Bus Station to City Beach– time changes

Small number of additional trips in the morning and afternoon peak period.
Later services weekday services with buses running until 7:45pm from Perth to City Beach
Will be upgraded to an accessible route.

Route 92: Wellington Street Bus Station to City Beach – time changes

Small number of additional trips in the morning and afternoon peak period.
Services will now operate at night and on weekends following the withdrawal of Route 95. Selected trips on Sundays will deviate via Newman College to serve residents affected by the 95 service withdrawal.
Rationalisation of East Perth services following upgrades of the CAT network. Services only extend to East Perth when the CAT network is not operating.
Will be upgraded to an accessible route.

Route 95: East Perth to City Beach (After hours service)– withdrawn

Service will be withdrawn and replaced with evening and weekend services on Route 92.
INNER NORTH SECTION
Route 15: Wellington Street Bus Station to Glendalough - time changes

Time changes

Additional off-peak services from Glendalough to Perth prior to 11:00am (upgraded to every 15 minutes, currently every 30 minutes) and from Perth to Glendalough after 1:45pm (upgraded to every 15 minutes, currently every 30 minutes).

Additional evening peak shoulder services from Perth with a 15 minute service operating until 7:00pm.

Saturday timetable have been upgraded slightly to provide a consistent 30 minute service during the day.

Will be upgraded to an accessible route.

Route 22: Esplanade Busport to Morley Bus Station - time changes

Additional weekday services in the evening peak shoulder from Perth bolstering capacity between 6.00pm and 7.00pm.
Additional Sunday services providing a 15 minute day time service along Beaufort Street between Perth and Grand Promenade.

Route 267: Karrinyup Bus Station to Scarborough Beach – frequency rationalisation and renumber

Route will be renumbered to display 422.
Time changes with service frequency dropping from every 90 minutes to every 120 minutes. Service frequency has been rationalised in line with patronage performance.

Route 276: Wellington Street Bus Station to Osborne Park – renumber and time changes

Route will be renumbered to display 403.

Now appears on the Northern 58 timetable.

Will become a full time daily route operating Monday to Sunday.

Additional off peak services with frequency improving to a consistent hourly service. Services are co-ordinated with the 404 service to provide a bus every 30 minutes in the common sector of route.

Sunday service upgraded to provide a consistent 60 minute service (currently 80 minutes)

Will be upgraded to an accessible route.

Route 277: Wellington Street Bus Station to Osborne Park – renumber and time changes

Route will be renumbered to display 404.
Now appears on the Northern 58 timetable.

Will be upgraded to an accessible route.

Route 278: Wellington Street Bus Station to Osborne Park - withdrawn

Service will be withdrawn and replaced with evening and weekend services on Routes 403 & 404.

Route 400: Wellington Street Bus Station to Scarborough Beach – time changes

Major time changes throughout the week with new timing points at Innaloo Shopping Centre and Scarborough Beach Rd near Charles St.
New early morning service ex Scarborough Beach to connect with the first train to Perth from Glendalough
Additional 400 services in the evening providing a 15 minute service from Perth until 9:10pm Monday to Friday.

Route 401: Wellington Street Bus Station to Stirling Station – time and route changes.

Now appears on the Northern 56 timetable.
Time changes including a more consistent peak and interpeak service with a bus every 15 minutes in the peak (currently 30 minutes) and every 60 minutes interpeak.
Weekday Peak and Saturday Services have been truncated to only operate between Wembley and Perth (particularly peak trips) when patronage from Stirling was poor. Trips carrying large numbers of school students have been retained.
Saturday services have been upgraded to provide a consistent hourly service which run later into the day, albeit it between Wembley and Perth.
Will be upgraded to an accessible route.

Route 402: Wellington St Bus Station to Stirling Station – time changes

Time changes throughout the week
Will be upgraded to an accessible route.

Route 410: Stirling Station to Scarborough Beach - time changes

Time changes throughout the week with services now running at night and on weekends

New timing point added on Millcrest St near Byland St

Route 411: Stirling Station to Scarborough Beach (After hours service) – withdrawn

Service will be withdrawn and replaced with evening and weekend services on Routes 410 & 412.

Route 412: Stirling Station to Scarborough (Hastings Rd) – time changes

Time changes throughout the week with services now running at night and on weekends
The four weekday deviations to Innaloo Shopping Centre have been removed due to poor patronage.
New timing point added at Woodlands Village

Route 421: Stirling Station to Scarborough Beach – time changes

Time changes throughout the week with weekday off peak frequency improving to every 30 minutes (currently 60 minutes)
New timing point added at Sackville Tce near Alice Rd.

Route 424: Stirling Station to Karrinyup Bus Station – time changes

Time changes throughout the week with peak period deviations to Carine Caravan Park being withdrawn due to poor patronage.
New timing point added at North Beach Rd near Duffy Rd
Will be upgraded to an accessible route.

Route 426: Stirling Station to Karrinyup Bus Station – time changes

Time changes throughout the week.
New timing point added at Huntriss Rd near Bartlett Cres
Will be upgraded to an accessible route.

Yeah I knew it was gonna happen. Funny that I didn't notice it on the Transperth website until you posted it here. So thanks! Although there isn't really much I can comment on other than its good to see a consistent frequency being implemented, Its good to see Beaufort St being boosted up massively! Good to see the 15min frequency on Sundays. Personally I reckon though the 60 service needs to operate every 30mins on a Sunday.

Changes effective from 14/8/2011. Also, minor changes to 97 (additional early morning trip Subiaco to UWA) and 345 (three services to Morley, extending 15-minute frequency to 10:45am from Beechboro).
