Post by Kitare »

The Bus Australia Logo at the top of the page has been missing for weeks.

I have been able to see it for weeks. There must be an issue with the cache on your computer, kitare. Try refreshing the page and if that doesnt work, the only other thing I can think of is holding shift key while you refresh.

The Issue is with the Subsilver 2 Theme.

Change to Prosilver and it works fine.

I use subsilver. When the page start to load, there is a frame for the logo for about a second, then it disappears.

It seems we had a problem with this when we first did this see http://www.busaustralia.com/forum/viewt ... 0&start=25

If only I could rememebr how we fixed it that time. I suspect this has happened since we had to reload the system recently and the necessary chnage was not included.

This is on my home computer.

With my computer at work, the frame stays visible, but with just the little x in the corner.

The two styles have separate folders from which the logo to be placed at the top of a page is selected.
The folder for prosilver contains the logo but the folder for subsilver 2 does not, hence it does not display.

When I created the logo last year I think someone sent me a PM how to get it into the folders concerned but that message has long gone and I can not rememebr how to get it into the folder for subsilver 2 or even what the name of the folder is. So any help in that area would be appreciated.
