Are you possibly being a little bit anal about this? There's a road sign that says "Bruxner Highway" and I know that Main St in Alstonville also forms the Bruxner Highway on that section. Unless the "correct" answer is "Bruxner Highway, Alstonville"

Technically its Bugden Avenue-I live about 500 meters from where that pic was taken-I'll even take a punt and guess it was around 1:45 [if it was a Monday I would have been on that bus actually]

I think a distinction needs to be made-the picture looks like it was taken from Main Street of a bus that had just [within 5 seconds] turned onto Bugden Avenue.

As for the sign that says Bruxner Highway-there is another nearby that says Bugden Avenue-and its locally refered to as that...

There are plenty of examples all over the place where highways are known as different streets locally - for example, the Cobb Highway where it passes through Moama is locally known as Meninya Street.

Windy is correct-the road is Bruxner Highway, aka Bugden Avenue [about 1km further out of town I'd have called it the Bruxner Highway too.
